Fatal Crash in Clark County, Washington Claims Life of Kimberly Butler

On March 27, 2025, a fatal crash occurred on Interstate 5 near Vancouver in Clark County, Washington, resulting in the death of Kimberly Butler, resident of Portland, Oregon. The incident was caused by a speeding driver, identified as Diego Quintana, who was traveling at 90 miles per hour in a 65 miles per hour zone. Quintana lost control of his vehicle, leading to a collision with Butler’s vehicle. Kimberly Butler was pronounced dead at the scene.

Following the crash, Diego Quintana was cited for vehicular homicide, hit-and-run resulting in a death, driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
