Mark Lamb Identified as Homeless Man Killed in Muskogee Pedestrian Accident

On March 18th, 2025, a tragic incident occurred in Muskogee, Oklahoma, resulting in the death of a homeless man. Mark Carl Lamb, 52, was struck by a vehicle in the 1800 block of East Okmulgee Avenue at approximately 2:55 p.m.

According to Muskogee Police Public Information Officer Lynn Hamlin, officers arrived at the scene to find Lamb lying in the road with significant injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle involved was taken by ambulance to a Tulsa hospital with head and chest injuries. The investigation remains ongoing, and further details have not yet been released.
