Forest Skelton Dies in Pawnee County Car Crash on January 30, 2025

On January 30, 2025, a single-vehicle car crash in Pawnee County, Oklahoma, resulted in the death of Forest Skelton, a 28-year-old resident of Mannford. The incident took place at approximately 2:25 p.m. near the intersection of Airport Road and E 5500 Road, northeast of Terlton. Skelton was a passenger in a 1997 Ford Explorer and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and two additional passengers in the vehicle sustained injuries and were treated medically; however, their identities and the severity of their injuries have not been released. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into the crash, and as of March 31, 2025, no information regarding the cause of the accident has been disclosed.
