On March 16, 2025, at approximately 1:45 PM, a single-vehicle incident occurred on Highway 371 at 144th Street in Wilkinson Township, Cass County, Minnesota, resulting in injuries to Mariano Simar Adams and the driver. A 2007 Lincoln Navigator SUV, driven by 34-year-old Tami Louise Clark of Cass Lake, Minnesota, was traveling northbound when it veered off the road to the left due to snow and ice conditions.
